Hey, I'm getting the same problem some users were getting a few years ago, . lenOx, you recommended at the time the users get the latest update. But I'm running GK 0.34.8, codec pack 1.9, using the XviD codec (settings same as the online guide), and getting the same problem. I fixed it once before with a reinstall. But I don't want to have to do that on a regular basis, is there a fix I'm missing? I searched the forums jggimi, and the old thread above was one of the only ones I found (the others were out of date as well). I have an IBM Thinkpad R40 with a Celeron 2.0GHz, 640MB RAM, 60 GIG HDD, and an ATI Mobility Radeon 16MB. I'm running WIN XP Home SP2.

Its not the same problem as quoted threads were there before I started working on GK... Job queue was redesigned heavily after that (not by me actually) and the only advice I can give is reinstall with deleting of registry settings (or removing any jobs from the queue if any).
