Locator Bug?

I encountered a weird bug the other day... When attempting to setup a locator region for an auto-punch, it appears the locator bar and field seem to be split. I grab the L/R locator points no problem, but the white highlighted field doesn't stretch/collapse with the points, thereby making it more difficult to setup points than need be. Is this a bug? I'm running the most recent rev.

I'm the only one experiencing this ?
