Maybe BD Rebuilder already has this option, but I couldn't find it in the menus, configuration ini or hidden settings. I wonder if there is a way to make BD Rebuilder just join the m2ts clips that make the movie, from the STREAM folder, and create a new BD structure with the resulting m2ts file. I'm asking because MakeMKV does exactly this (without re-encoding anything), but puts the video, audio and subtitles streams into a MKV container, instead of the original M2TS on the blu-ray disc. Unfortunately, the resulting mkv file plays fine on any computers, but most blu-ray players (including all my three Samsung 3D players) don't recognize the DTS HD audio inside the MKV container and don't display PCG subtitles. Speed wise, it took 34 minutes for MakeMKV to create the 21 GB MKV file (movie only) from the 2012 "Brave" blu-ray, working directly from the disc (AnyDVD decrypting in background). BD Rebuilder created a perfect backup that plays on any blur-ray player and any computer. However, it took 72 minutes to re-encode the eight m2ts clips from the disc, 10 minutes to join them and create the new disc structure, plus 57 minutes for AnyDVD to copy the 43 GB blu-ray disc to the hard disc. Without re-encoding, all the process of backing up a blu-ray with BD Rebuilder will be a lot faster (when media allows it, like in this case (BD-25) where the movie was only 21 GB of the total 43 GB of the blu-ray disc). My apologies if I asked something stupid!
