GK doesn't read length correctly anymore!

GK worked fine, but I stopped encoding divxes for a while. I left everything the way it was... Yesterday I wanted to encode a blackadder ep. It read the length wrong, the real length was 28:59, it told me it was a little over 30 mins. I used - dvd decrypter to rip it - dvd2avi (enclosed with GK 0.26) to create the project Why doesn't it read the length correctly anymore???

ya using the right framerate then eh?

I reformatted my pc, now it works flawlessly again...
