Change CC Lane Background Colour

Hi All. As per the thread title - can anyone advise where I can change the CC Lane Background colour? I can't find it in the MIDI part of the theme configurator. Many thanks.

That's because you have to look at the midi editor background transport. That changes the CC lane as well. Why? I have no clue. Truth be told, it's one of the many inconsistensies of Reaper's design.

It's "MIDI editor ruler background".
