Hi there, We have some troubles with playing DTS files to be decoded by ffdshow. There is ASF file (#1) containging DTS audio obtained from WAV DTS file (#2). Source (DTS in WAV) 19Mb: Result(DTS in ASF )19Mb: Both of them are played properly with ffDshow decoder within GraphEdit. WMAsfReader->ffDshow->Audio rend File Src-> Wave Parser->ffDshow->Audio rend But they are played in WMP 10 or 9 as a noise. For playing ASF the player loads fdshow, since it ACM and I have spied this. This behaveour is for the decoder with version - Oct. 12. 2004 The behaveour of the decoder with version - 2005 03 28, though it is not an official version is as follows: Both the files are played properly with ffDshow decoder within GraphEdit, but within WMP ASF is played with very slow rate instead of to be noise. Could anyone please explain such behaveour? Are there any way to improve ffshow behaveour within WMP? Any suggestion would be really appreciated.

slow playback is usually caused by incorrect number of channels in the mediatype, ffdshow will fathfully use the number you supply and pass it on
