No invitation letters are necessary for US, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, Slovakia and Turkey citizens and citizens of the countries of the European Union for obtaining official, business, private and cultural and sports visas.

If you are citizen of others countries a visa support letter is required. BizTravel sends it free of charge if accommodation booking is made with us. Otherwise the price of an invitation package is $ 29 which including invitation letter, company license and the confirmation of your accommodation. The documents are scanned and send by e-mail in JPEG format within 24 hours. Alternative fax option is available.

The following information is also required in order for us to be able to send you your invitation:

  • your full name;
  • your citizenship;
  • the date of your birth;
  • your passport number;
  • the date when your passport was issued;
  • the authority that issued your passport;
  • your e-mail address and fax number.

Please note that the amount of $29, should you not be able to arrive or cancel your order, is not refundable.
