There are aftermarket solutions, but I guess you don't want to start taking bits off your car and wiring in new bits.

to activate this option on the Mondeo there is a procedure like resetting of service light on volvo which can be done without going to dealers,just wondered if any one out there had tried . Cheers Mike A

Software available to activate the auto-locking. It needs to go into a Volvo main dealer to have this done.
