questions about editing

why clicking one region that is grouped does not select all grouped tracks for the same time selection?? why when you tab to transient and split, you gotta click the new region after the split before you can tab to it?? how can i avoid these problems? is there some menu i can turn off this options or something like that?

You can bind a key to select all in a group, I have Shift + G. I don't use tab to transient much so can't help you with that although I would use it more if it would tab to transients over different items in the same track. I'm off to rtfm :p
