V40 - Outside temp always 60*?

Hi all, For some reason the temp on my dashboard always reads 60 degrees. Does anyone know what I need to do to get it right? Replace thermostat? If so, where is it?

Are you asking about the engine temp or external air temp?

do you mean outside air temperature or engine coolant temperature? engine temperature is most prob thermostat as said, if its outside air temperature (on your info centre) then its possibly the temp sensor behind the front bumper

Sorry, I mean the outside temp. You say it's under the front bumper? I will look tomorrow when it's light. Just failed MOT because ABS light is on...more problems!
