Just like this with the ability to type in Lyrics and Chords and have it scroll along with playback. Notice the white Box you can type the text into.

"Item Notes" doesnt really allow you to position and synch. And the "image" just fills the clip. This would be kinda like Pro Tools Chord Track? Right? Could also be really useful for lyrics. I would love this feature.
