Transfering a project to another computer creates a LOUD NOISE

Hi! i transfered my project to another computer, and then the whole program creates this loud scratching noise from every track. Even when im not playing the song at all. EDIT: The sound disappear when i turn off all the FX, whats wrong? Pls help

I have an Internet PC I write out the arrangements on at home. Then transfer the project to the rig where I work. Zero problems, but I don't use freeware stuff or synths for that matter just Kontakt 4.2. Im just happy Reaper allows multiple PC's and doesn't need an extra licesnse or dongle. Those are the real pirates IMHO..
