Compressing VIDEO_TS.VOB

Is there any way to compress VIDEO_TS.VOB? I ran into a movie that has all its bonus materials in VIDEO_TS.VOB. Hmm...I guess I could just leave it alone but then I would be wasting space. The conventional method of using IFOUPDATE is not working in this situation.

slk001, This VIDEO_TS.VOB is 795MB and has trailers and deleted scenes in it. I used DVD2AVI, CCE and Scenarist to come up with 280MB of VTS_01_1 file. But I don't know what to do after that. IfoUpdate does not read VIDEO_TS.IFO to make it work.
