Reapers... Using ASIO4all I have a 2x2 ouput range (audio card and headphones, both stereo of course), and I thought it would be easy to route the master output to both. Just split into four channels and assign them to different HW outputs; output 1/2 to the audio card, and 3/4 to the headphones. But no such luck. When I try to add new HW output to the master track, I can only see the audio card (both as a stereo output L/R and as two mono outputs L and R). The headphones do not appear there, though they show up in the output range on the prefs dialog. Any hints about what I'm doing wrong are gratefully accepted. // Fabian

are the outputs enabled in preferences > audio > device? also, are you sure that your stereo out and headphone out are independent of each other?

looks ok to me. i think maybe asio4all isn't recognizing your usb out. maybe the stereo out and headphone out use independent drivers? sorry, i don't have any experience with such hardware.

Ok, thanks for trying. Strange thing is that if I record-arm a track, I can choose either the audio card or the headset as input. That's as expected. But I cannot select the headset as output... Stranger still... if I set the output range to First: 3. Logitech USB headset 1 Last: 4. Logitech USB headset 2 I get output only on the right audio card channel. I'll try restarting REAPER. EDIT: No change, same problem, input is A-OK, output is not. Can it have anything to do with the fact that the output of the audio card is listed by asio4all as 20Bits whereas the headset is 16Bits. Inputs are the same 16Bits for both.
