Does the Consolidating audio function follow any mix automation going on such as volume information?

No. If you want automation included you should print to another track.

No. Consolidate will only convert multiple regions in to a single one. Only Bounce to disk option will print automation.

Hello. While consolidating audio doesn't print automation, when you consolidate regions the new region replaces the previous ones. The automation on the track remains. I just wanted to make sure that was clear.
