I've found DirectShow (Windows) decoders for Theora and WebM here--> I do not know if Reaper will utilize these, though it would be cool if it did.

Thanks Evan, I'll check into it. I think by removing the ffdshow dlls from the reaper directory, it defaults back to direct show...though I don't know if it's 32 or 64 bit.
