Where's the ini file?

Bloody thing keeps changing location every few years. Last I knew, it was in the App Data folder, which makes a lot of sense. - but it's no longer there, and I'm re-installing on 2 fresh OS's. So... where's she at these days? If it matters, one machine is Win7 and the other is Win 8. -thanks.

open Reaper - go to the Menu Options - show Reaper resource path in explorer/finder
