mute weirdness?

working in PTLE w/mBox, G4 933,768 RAM using 10.2.6. I have a few audio tracks and 1 aux track. while recording, I need to have all the tracks audio muted, but for some weird reason one of the audio tracks keeps un-muting (if thats even a word?) at playback. The only other fix is to toggle the track right off. has anyone experienced this problem before? Thanks!

you must have some mute automation written in there.

true, I was playing around with the automation but I think it was all Volume. I deleted all the keys from the Volume Automation. I'll check it over when I get home. Thanks!

Yeah, I use some automation on a click track, then when I want if turned off, it keeps coming back on as I play the song from the top. I then remember to turn it's automation mode from "read" to "off". That way the automation is still there, but the click won't come back on until I unmute it or turn it's automation back to "read". I annoy myself with bonehead stuff like that. PC
