How can I force a keyframe to a specific frame in XviD? Like in Nandub, when I use ecf file and in the file something like this: @1243: K

How about: open the stats file, set a keyframe flag in the QUANT variable, save the statsfile?

How would one go about doing that? I just looked at the stats file and its a bunch of gibberish.
