DVD Shrink of 2 disc movie?

OK, so a mate has lent me his Fellowship of the Ring - Extended Cut, which as split over two discs (heh heh) :D little does he know.... I use DVD shrink for all of my backups, but I've never tried one that splits over two discs - is there anyhting special I have to do to tell DVD Shrink to recognise the second set of ripped files and add them to the first? Has anyone done a shrink down to one DVD - how does it look? Which subpicture contains the Elvish? BTW, I do movie only, with only DD5.1 / DTS English Thanks in advance for any help / links JF
