Replacing service History

Hi Just wondering if anybody can tell me how to go about replacing the service history of my car. I bought a cheap V70 t5 off of eBay in the hope that I could trace the original but I have had no luck. Have purchased a replacement book but want to know if it is as simple as contacting a Volvo dealership. Thanks

If the car has full Volvo history the dealer will be able to print it off for you.

indeed what Jim stated , our 240 torslanda had no history when I bought it . Was told though by the seller it was allways serviced at Volvo main dealer , hey presto one phone call to Volvo dealership confirmed this for me and printed it all off for me and posted to me . Give it a go .

I got my dealer to print off duplicates off all the service history on my S40. Just in time too, cos the week after that they closed down! All the service sheets have 'Duplicate' watermarked on them, but they still have all the detail (Vin number, mileage, etc) so they're just as good as the originals (Which the 1st owner lost)
