Recently, my 2002 C70 has been playing silly beggers.:angry2: Sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesn't. Had the crankcase sensor replaced and it seemed ok, until, I started to lock it via the fob. Any ideas what could be causing the problem?

Had this on my C70, only a year old. They have just replaced the immobiliser and key reader ring on the steering column. and I am driving around seeing if that has done the trick. So far so good.... May be worth you doing the same. Best wishes Tony

Thanks Tony. Any idea how much it cost? Or was it a warranty job? A bit annoying ain't it!!

Well, finally sorted it out, there is what they call an Antenna located around the ignition barrel. Replaced it and seems to be ok! For now!!:Dancing_chief:

When it failed to start, was it similar in any way to the videos I posted on the XC70 hard starting thread?
