Latency Issues - Need quick replies!

I'm pretty sure this isn't a bug, but I'm having alot of problems with latency, and was unsure of where to post this. This isn't one of the usual problems, I've looked around and haven't see anyone with the same issues. I've connected my audio output to my audio input and used a click track to determine the exact latency. I'm using ASIO4ALL and changing the Input Manual Offset in Options > Preferences > Recording, and getting variable results. I can record the click track multiple times with the same offset and get the exact same latency, but when I change the offset it doesn't change the latency accordingly. *example* Offset-Latency __0_____5ms __1_____4ms __2_____3ms __3_____2ms __4_____3ms __5____-3ms This obviously doesn't make any sense. Can someone please explain what's happening? I can post screenshots / upload a project or something if necessary, but I don't see how it can help. *EDIT* Just to clarify, I had it working perfectly a few days ago, as in, I could record the click track, record the recording, record *that* recording and so on, and there would be no latency at all... then I changed some things on my PC (Uninstalled a few programs, disk cleanup, defrag etc.) not thinking they would have any effect on Reaper whatsoever. I have no record of the changes I made... (That makes me a n00b, lol.) I also upgraded Reaper to the latest version, and thinking this could be the problem, tried downgrading but still get the same issues. I can't think of anything else significant to add... Please ask if there's anything you need to know. I want to solve this as soon as possible!!
