Using Reaper's plug ins with other apps?

Is it possible to use Reaper's plug ins with other apps; like Adobe Audition? I really love the built in plug ins, but have a situation where I can only use Adobe Audition from time to time.

Hey! The ones bundled with REAPER will only work in REAPER, but thankfully the devs have made standard VST versions of most of them. You can get them here:
