Hi there I tried to connect my new 002 at first the unit powered but with point on the track view of the channels when I tried again the 002 stuck on loading After few times of power on off the 002 was at stand alone position But when I tried to install the 6.7 on my pc the pc couldn't find the 002 I think it's a firewire conflict Please hellllllllllllllp !!! do a good search right here on the DUC. I think you need to uniunstall everything, including some deep and/or hidden files. Then try again.
