When you say it writes the d2v file at 23.975 where do you see that?? Are you opening it in something? I have used it to re-encode to mpeg-2 using CCE and AVIsynth or TMPEGenc, and so far I haven't noticed any audio sync issues (knock on wood). I think I just did a 2 hour movie too.

Yeah, if you open the .d2v project in a text editor, it shows you the frame rate.

I think this thread answers your question. Also explains why I haven't seen the problem since I'm using 1.76 Ok if you're using 1.76 then i have no clue what's up haha

Wasn't the STAND a tv movie? Are you sure it is progressive and you can even use force film with it?? Typically tv movies are interlaced when they distribute them on dvd. I'm going to try 1.76 on something today and see what the file looks like....

Ok I just ripped the CROW. and this was my d2v file using DVD2AVI 1.76 DVD2AVIProjectFile 4 20 E:\CROW\VTS_01_1.VOB 20 E:\CROW\VTS_01_2.VOB 20 E:\CROW\VTS_01_3.VOB 20 E:\CROW\VTS_01_4.VOB Stream_Type=1,0,0 iDCT_Algorithm=2 YUVRGB_Scale=0 Luminance=128,0 Picture_Size=0,0,0,0,0,0 Field_Operation=1 Frame_Rate=23976 Location=1,33130,1,3D61E Looks like it has the right frame rate... so i have no idea why yours isn't working..
