What if my hardware breaks or dies ? Can I purchase or buy just the hardware???..

Last nite I noticed one of my main outputs is faulty. Which got me thinking: What can one do to fix this... or in the event that it 'd die . Can I purchase the hardware only? I hope so!! . And at a reasonable price! Regards. [This message has been edited by Ricky (edited August 14, 2000).]

All registered 001's are covered with a one year warranty for parts and labor. Just call your nearest Digi office for some quick tech troubleshooting, and if your 001 (card, cable or breakout box) is defective we will issue you a Return Authorization number to send the unit in.
