DVDShrink Problem

I've used DVD Shrink many times with no problem. But I've encountered an error message as follows: DVD shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to read file "E:\" Incorrect function. I don't understand it and I can't resolve it. Can anyone help?

Hi! Sounds likely that you're dealing with an "ARccOS" copy protected DVD. Try using the "RipIt4Me" package to make a backup specifically as follows: First start "RipIt4Me" - and select either "Wizard" mode or "One click" mode Then load the DVD

Thanks for your response. I had tried what you suggest with no luck. However, I resolved the problem by using DVDFab, then made an iso using DVD Shrink and then burned the iso.

What is the Title and Region of the DVD?
