Door Mirror Glass

Had a clash of mirrors with a van on a narrow lane the other day. The mirror glass shattered but the rest of the housing is fine. I have orderd a new glass but can`t quite figure out how it fixes in place. Can anyone out there offer some advice? Many thanks.

reconnect the wiring[where fitted] to the glass and clip the glass onto the motor/adjuster, taking care not to break the glass. apply force only to the centre of the glass to minimise the risk of breakage ensure the clip is clipped securly in position and adjust if necassary paul

The glass fixing on my S60 is spring loaded on on side. You fit one edge in then push the glass sideways and in to clip the other side in.
