Help with midi. See the signal, how to get sound?

I am pretty new new to this. I got my mBox2 and connected a keyboard through MIDI. I see a signal on the new midi track but can't hear anything. I guess an istrument(synth) must be assigned (inserted) but there are no insert options......... Thank you, guys.
