Toggle pencil mode action

(Alternative to control+dragging.) In Preferences-->Editing Behavior-->Mouse ...there's an option to 'Click+drag in empty track area, draws item in pencil mode, CTRL toggles'. I am asking for an action to toggle that option on/off that so we can have it in a toolbar. in the tracker:

Looks like another attempt to include Tools into Reaper ;) Why not !

Or... another attempt to use less fingers, to perform the same function ;) When I find myself away from the keyboard, holding just a wireless mouse, stuff like this comes in very handy!
